Indo National Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. S R Aravind Kumar as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel of the company. This decision was made by the Board of Directors during their meeting held on January 14, 2026, based on the recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee.

The Board meeting commenced at 12:30 P.M. and concluded at 12:50 P.M. IST on January 14, 2026. Mr. S R Aravind Kumar's appointment is effective from January 14, 2026.

Mr. Kumar is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in Finance and Accounts. His expertise includes financial planning and analysis, designing and implementing internal financial systems and process controls, feasibility studies, strategic financial planning, and risk mitigation. He also has a strong background in internal audit, corporate finance, taxation, compliance, financial reporting, and accounting standards. He joined Indo National Limited as Financial Controller in August 2025. Previously, he served as CFO at Magenta EV Solutions Pvt Ltd and Kineco Limited, and held significant roles at Grant Thornton India LLP, Renault Nissan Technology & Business Centre India Pvt. Ltd, and Rising Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
