Indo Count Industries Limited (ICIL) has announced significant changes in its Senior Management Personnel (SMP), effective from January 1, 2026. Mr. Shreyas Joshi, previously President – Home Textiles, will transition to the role of President – Strategy. In his new capacity, he will oversee the Domestic Retail Business and drive new strategic initiatives for the company. Mr. Joshi brings over 40 years of experience in operations, sales, strategy, and supply chain, holding a master’s degree from IIT Delhi and an MBA from B.K. School of Professional and Management Studies. Mr. Malay Mahanti, currently Senior Vice President – Commercial, will assume responsibility for the Home Textiles Business and will be re-designated as Business Head – Home Textiles. Mr. Mahanti has over 28 years of experience in areas such as cost control, budgeting, productivity improvement, and process optimization, holding a master’s degree in commerce and an MBA (Finance) from the International Management Institute, Delhi. Additionally, Mr. Neeraj Kalaskar, formerly Vice President – Operations (Spinning), will take charge of the company's procurement and supply chain functions. He will be designated as Senior Vice President – Procurement & Supply Chain and will also become a member of the Company’s Senior Management Personnel. Mr. Kalaskar has over 30 years of experience in business and sales management, holding a bachelor’s degree in Textile Technology and having completed an executive development program in Corporate Finance & Financial Management from IIM Calcutta.
