Indo Borax & Chemicals Ltd. announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The Board of Directors approved the standalone and consolidated financial results during a meeting held on January 16, 2026.

For the third quarter of FY26, the company reported a consolidated revenue from operations of ₹4,102.42 lakhs, an increase from ₹3,750.74 lakhs in the same period last year. Total income for the quarter stood at ₹4,535.12 lakhs. The consolidated net profit for the quarter was ₹927.19 lakhs. For the nine-month period ended December 31, 2025, consolidated revenue from operations was ₹15,244.04 lakhs, with a net profit of ₹3,573.75 lakhs.

On a standalone basis, revenue from operations for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, was ₹4,102.42 lakhs, and the net profit was ₹911.11 lakhs. For the nine-month period, standalone revenue from operations was ₹15,244.04 lakhs, and the net profit was ₹3,523.70 lakhs.

The company also noted that its Pithampur Plant was shut down from October 14, 2025, to November 22, 2025, for planned annual maintenance. Additionally, a one-time impact of new Labour Codes resulted in a decrease in the provision for employee benefits by ₹27.97 lakhs, recognized as an employee benefit expense in the current reporting period.
