Indo Borax & Chemicals Limited has announced the completion of the sale and transfer of identified vehicles. This action is in continuation of previous intimations dated July 21, 2025, August 28, 2025, and December 13, 2025, concerning the Framework Agreement entered into with Mr. Sajal Sushilkumar Jain, Mrs. Sreelekha Sajal Jain, and Mrs. Pranika Saumya Jain (collectively, the "Purchasers").

The Framework Agreement, dated December 13, 2025, originally approved the proposed sale and transfer of certain immovable properties and vehicles by the Company to the Purchasers. Following the terms of this agreement and in accordance with approvals from the audit committee, board of directors, and shareholders obtained via postal ballot on August 26, 2025, the sale of the Identified Vehicles has now been finalized in all respects.
