Indiqube Spaces Limited (formerly known as Indiqube Spaces Private Limited, Innovent Spaces Private Limited) has announced the closure of its trading window. This closure is in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal "Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading". The trading window will be closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives starting from Wednesday, December 31, 2025. It will remain shut until 48 hours after the announcement of the company's financial results for the quarter ending on December 31, 2025. The company will separately intimate the date of the Board of Directors' meeting, where the financial results for the aforementioned period will be approved.
