Indiqube Spaces Limited has announced the allotment of 19,53,646 equity shares of Re. 1/- each, fully paid up, under the Indiqube – Employee Stock Option Plan 2022 (ESOP 2022). The Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors approved this allotment on 22nd December 2025. The newly allotted shares will rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the company in all respects, including dividends. The company has provided details as required under Regulation 10(c) of SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021, which includes the allotment date, number of shares, exercise price, and the total issued shares and share capital post-allotment. Following this allotment, the total number of issued shares stands at 21,19,65,153, and the total issued share capital is ₹21,19,65,153. The company has also confirmed that the shares are identical in all respects to the existing equity shares.
