InterGlobe Aviation Limited (IndiGo) announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The Board of Directors, in their meeting on January 22, 2026, approved these results. For the quarter ended December 31, 2025, IndiGo reported a total revenue of ₹245,406 million (₹24,540.6 crore) and a net profit of ₹5,491 million (₹549.1 crore). This compares to a total revenue of ₹229,928 million (₹22,992.8 crore) and a net profit of ₹24,488 million (₹2,448.8 crore) in the same period last year. Excluding exceptional items related to new labor laws (₹9,693 million) and operational disruptions (₹5,772 million), along with currency movements, the net profit stood at ₹31,306 million (₹3,130.6 crore). This is a decrease from ₹38,461 million (₹3,846.1 crore) in the prior year's comparable period. The company faced significant operational disruptions between December 3rd and 5th, leading to flight cancellations and delays. CEO Pieter Elbers expressed regret for the inconvenience caused to customers and thanked the IndiGo team for their efforts in restoring operations. He highlighted that despite these disruptions, the company achieved a topline of around ₹245 billion (₹24,500 crore) for the quarter, with a reported profit of around ₹5 billion (₹500 crore) and an underlying profit of ₹31 billion (₹3,100 crore). Operational metrics for the quarter included a 11.2% increase in capacity (ASK) to 45.4 billion, a 2.8% increase in passengers to 31.9 million, and a 1.8% decrease in yield to ₹5.33. Revenue from operations grew by 6.2% to ₹234,719 million (₹23,471.9 crore). Fuel CASK reduced by 2.8% to ₹1.53, while CASK ex-fuel ex-fx increased by 2.2% to ₹2.96. IndiGo's fleet comprised 440 aircraft as of December 31, 2025. The company operated a peak of 2,344 daily flights during the quarter and served 96 domestic and 44 international destinations. Additionally, the Board approved the re-appointment of M/s Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP as the Internal Auditors for a term of three consecutive financial years, commencing from FY27 till FY29.
