Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOC) has announced the closure of its trading window for insiders. This closure will be effective from Thursday, January 17, 2026. The trading window will remain shut until 48 hours after the financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, are submitted to the stock exchanges. The company stated that the date for the Board Meeting to consider these financial results will be communicated in due course. This intimation is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and IOC's internal code for the prevention of insider trading.
