The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) has announced the completion of its acquisition of approximately 51% of the share capital of Sparsh Infratech Private Limited (SIPL) for a total consideration of ₹232 Crores.
This strategic move marks IHCL's entry into the integrated wellness segment. SIPL, established in 2007, owns and operates a health and wellness resort named 'Atmantan' in Mulshi, Maharashtra. For FY 2024-25, SIPL reported a turnover of ₹76.7 crores, EBITDA of ₹37.2 crores, and EBIT of ₹29.4 crores. The acquisition was completed on January 16, 2026, as per the initial agreement dated November 14, 2025.
Following this acquisition, Sparsh Infratech Private Limited has now become a subsidiary of The Indian Hotels Company Limited. The company has confirmed that this transaction does not fall within related party transactions and the promoters or group companies do not have any interest in the acquired entity.
