The window will be closed for all Designated Persons, their immediate relatives, and its subsidiary, effective from Thursday, January 01, 2026. The closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct. The trading window will remain shut until 48 hours after the dissemination of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, to the stock exchanges. The company has communicated this closure to all designated persons.
