India Shelter Finance Corporation Limited has announced that it has received requests from three entities - Biz2Credit Inc., Shoreline Labs Inc., and Goldcast Inc. - seeking reclassification from the 'Promoter and Promoter Group' category to the 'Public' category, in accordance with Regulation 31A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. These requests were received on January 30, 2026. The entities were classified under the Promoter Group due to WestBridge Crossover Fund, LLC holding more than 20% of their equity share capital. However, WestBridge no longer meets this threshold, and the entities themselves confirm they do not hold any shares in India Shelter Finance Corporation Limited. The reclassification requests will be considered and evaluated by the Board of Directors in their upcoming meeting, subject to compliance with all applicable SEBI LODR Regulations.
