This transmission, completed on December 17, 2025, was made via a joint demat account and relied on the exemption under Regulation 10(1)(g) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The company received the disclosure from Mr. Rishav Mehta, a promoter, pursuant to Regulation 10(6) of the SEBI SAST Regulations. The pre-transaction shareholding of Rishav Mehta, Ishav Mehta, and Daksh Mehta jointly was 2,49,000 shares (0.31%), which has now increased to 4,81,057 shares (0.59%) post-transaction. The shares previously held by Late Mrs. Neera Mehta (2,32,057 shares, 0.28%) have been transferred.
