The newspaper publication appeared on Saturday, 10th January 2026, in the English daily Business Standard and the regional Bengali newspaper Aaj Kaal.

The company is seeking approval from its members through a postal ballot for the appointment of Mr. Prakash Verma as a Non-Executive Independent Director. The notice of the postal ballot, along with an explanatory statement, was dispatched via email on Friday, 8th January 2026, to members whose email addresses are registered. Physical copies of the notice will not be dispatched, and no physical ballot forms will be accepted.

The remote e-voting period will commence on Monday, 12th January 2026, at 9:00 AM (IST) and conclude on Thursday, 11th February 2026, at 5:00 PM (IST). Members can cast their votes electronically. The results of the postal ballot will be announced on or before Thursday, 12th February 2026, by 5:00 PM (IST). The company has engaged CDSL for providing the remote e-voting facility.
