Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys Limited (IMFA) has announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company reported a standalone net profit of ₹130.67 crore for the third quarter of FY26, marking a significant increase from ₹93.14 crore in the same period last year. Consolidated net profit also saw a substantial rise to ₹131.46 crore from ₹93.37 crore year-on-year. Total income for the standalone entity grew to ₹724.06 crore in Q3 FY26, compared to ₹660.75 crore in Q3 FY25. On a consolidated basis, total income stood at ₹724.57 crore, up from ₹660.43 crore in the prior year's corresponding quarter. For the nine-month period ended December 31, 2025, IMFA's standalone net profit reached ₹320.92 crore, a considerable jump from ₹212.58 crore in the previous year. Consolidated net profit for the nine months was ₹321.56 crore, up from ₹212.28 crore. The company's earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, stood at ₹24.22 on a standalone basis and ₹24.33 on a consolidated basis.
