Industrial Investment Trust Limited (IITL) has announced the results of its postal ballot, declaring that the resolution for approving a related party transaction has been passed with the requisite majority. The approval pertains to the subsidiary company, IITL Projects Limited, for a variation in the terms of 70,00,000 preference shares issued by them to IITL.

The resolution was passed via remote e-voting and other applicable laws and regulations, as per the notice dated November 12, 2025. The Scrutinizer's Report, dated January 08, 2026, submitted by Ms. Chandanbala O. Mehta, Practicing Company Secretary, confirmed the outcome. The resolution is deemed to have been passed on January 08, 2026, with 99.988% of the total valid votes cast in favour.

The results of the postal ballot were announced on January 09, 2026, and have been made available at the Company's Registered Office. They have also been intimated to BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited, where the company's shares are listed. Additionally, the results are uploaded on the company's website, www.iitlgroup.com.
