IIFL Finance Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company's Code of Conduct. The trading window will be shut from Thursday, January 01, 2026. It will reopen 48 hours after the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, are approved by the Board of Directors and filed with the stock exchanges. The company stated that the date for the Board of Directors' meeting to approve these financial results will be communicated in due course. All designated persons, including their immediate relatives, have been advised not to trade in the company's securities during this period.
