This meeting is intended for group discussions with lenders and analysts. The company has cautioned that the schedule is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances that may arise with either the lenders/analysts or IIFL Finance itself. It has also been explicitly stated that no unpublished price-sensitive information (UPSI) will be shared or discussed during these meetings.
