Financially, Brij Hospitality's total revenue is projected to grow from ₹60 Crore in FY25 to ₹90-100 Crore in FY27E, with EBITDAR expected to increase from ₹18 Crore to ₹34-38 Crore. As part of the transaction, IHCL will execute a Taj Branded Residence Agreement along with a Management Contract for an identified Brij hotel cum villa property.
