For the third quarter of fiscal year 2026, the company reported a total income of ₹470.51 crore, a decrease from ₹490.64 crore in the previous quarter but an increase from ₹381.73 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. The company registered a net loss after tax of ₹3.08 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. This contrasts with a profit of ₹12.69 crore in the preceding quarter and a loss of ₹2.18 crore in the same quarter of the prior year. Profit before tax for the quarter was ₹(3.74) crore. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, the total income stood at ₹1418.16 crore. The net profit after tax for this period was ₹20.42 crore, a decrease from ₹34.55 crore in the same period of the previous year. The company also reported an exceptional item of ₹4.82 crore for both the quarter and the nine-month period. The financial results were reviewed by the Audit Committee on February 14, 2026, and approved by the Board of Directors on the same date. The statutory auditors have reviewed the results and issued an unmodified conclusion. The company also announced that on July 21, 2025, it issued bonus shares in a 1:1 ratio, which has been adjusted for earnings per share calculations for all periods presented.
