IFGL Refractories Limited has announced the results of its postal ballot e-voting, confirming the re-appointment of key management personnel. The special resolution for the re-appointment of Mr. Shishir Kumar Bajoria as Executive Chairman (Whole-time Director) for a period of three years from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2029, was passed with the requisite majority. Similarly, the re-appointment of Mr. Rajesh Agarwal as Director-General Counsel (Whole-time Director) for a period of three years from November 12, 2025, to November 11, 2028, also received the necessary approval. The e-voting period for these resolutions was open from January 7, 2026, to February 5, 2026. The results, along with the Scrutinizer's Report dated February 6, 2026, have been submitted to the stock exchanges. Both resolutions were passed with a significant majority, with over 99% of the votes polled in favour for both. It is noted that Mr. Shishir Kumar Bajoria and Mr. Rajesh Agarwal, along with their relatives, abstained from voting on their respective re-appointment resolutions due to their interest in the agenda.
