IFCI Limited announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, following a Board Meeting held on January 29, 2026. The meeting commenced at 02:30 P.M. and concluded at 04:50 P.M. For standalone results, total revenue from operations for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, was ₹298.80 crore, a significant increase from ₹177.78 crore in the previous quarter and ₹194.56 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Profit after tax for the quarter was ₹6.32 crore, compared to a loss of ₹1.51 crore in the previous quarter and a profit of ₹7.28 crore in the same quarter last year. Consolidated results showed total revenue from operations at ₹455.86 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, down from ₹734.85 crore in the previous quarter but up from ₹456.99 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Profit after tax for the consolidated entity was ₹20.87 crore, a decrease from ₹317.40 crore in the previous quarter and a loss of ₹8.74 crore in the same quarter last year. The company also highlighted an in-principle approval for the 'Consolidation of IFCI Group', which involves the merger/amalgamation of certain group companies. This process is being undertaken as per the advice of the Department of Financial Services (DFS), Ministry of Finance.
