IFCI Limited has announced the opening of a special window for shareholders to re-lodge transfer requests for physical shares. This initiative is in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) Circular SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD/P/CIR/2025/97, dated July 02, 2025.
The special window will remain open for a period of six months, starting from July 07, 2025, and concluding on January 06, 2026. It is specifically for shareholders whose transfer deeds were lodged before April 01, 2019, but were rejected, returned, or not processed due to deficiencies.
Eligible shareholders can submit their requests to IFCI Limited via email at complianceofficer@ifciltd.com or to the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited, at helpdeskdelhi@mcsregistrars.com. During this period, any shares re-lodged for transfer will be issued exclusively in demat mode. The company will follow due process for these transfer-cum-demat requests.
