Indian Energy Exchange Limited (IEX) has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The trading window will be shut for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from Thursday, January 01, 2026. The closure will extend until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending December 31, 2025. The company will communicate the date of the Board meeting for the consideration of these financial results in due course.
