Indian Energy Exchange Limited (IEX) has announced a schedule for an upcoming meeting with institutional investors. The meeting is set to take place on December 29, 2025, with Bulge Rock Capital. This will be a one-on-one meeting conducted virtually. IEX has informed the stock exchanges, BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd, about this schedule as per SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company has also noted that the schedule is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Importantly, IEX has clarified that no unpublished price-sensitive information (UPSI) will be shared during this meeting.
