The company's auditors, Walker Chandiok & Co LLP, had erroneously mentioned the quarter ended June 30, 2025, in the Consolidated Independent Auditor's Review Report dated October 30, 2025. IEX has confirmed that this was a typographical error. The auditors have now issued a revised Consolidated Independent Auditor's Review Report and a corrigendum letter dated January 8, 2026, rectifying the error to accurately reflect the quarter ended September 30, 2025. The revised report is now in compliance with SEBI's prescribed format. The company has submitted the corrected report to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited for their records.
