Indian Energy Exchange Limited (IEX) has issued an update regarding the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission's (CERC) Suo-Moto Order dated July 23, 2025, concerning the phased implementation of market coupling.

In a corrigendum dated January 8, 2026, the CERC has clarified that the term "Order" used in the heading and footer of the publication dated July 23, 2025, in Petition No. 8/SM/2025, should be interpreted as "Directions".

Furthermore, any reference to the publication or Petition No. 8/SM/2025 dated July 23, 2025, as "this order" or "order" within the petition or any subsequent publication should also be read as "directions".

The company has made a copy of this corrigendum available on its website, www.iexindia.com, for reference. This intimation is made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Regulations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
