Ideaforge Technology Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure is in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal Code of Conduct. The trading window will be closed effective from January 01, 2026. It will remain shut until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The company will separately intimate the date of the Board Meeting scheduled for considering these financial results in due course.
