ICRA Limited announced a significant change in its senior management personnel with the designation of Mr. Shailendra Chikkhebagilu Mruthyunjayappa as senior management personnel, effective December 17, 2025. Furthermore, the Board of Directors of ICRA Analytics, a wholly-owned subsidiary, has approved the appointment of Mr. Mruthyunjayappa as President & CEO-Designate of ICRA Analytics, effective December 18, 2025. He is slated to transition into the role of Chief Executive Officer of ICRA Analytics starting February 1, 2026. In his new capacity, he will also be responsible for overseeing the businesses of D2K Technologies India Private Limited and Fintellix India Private Limited. This transition comes as Mr. Jayanta Chatterjee concludes his tenure as Managing Director & CEO of ICRA Analytics on January 31, 2026, after which he will be relieved from his services and positions. Mr. Mruthyunjayappa brings over 25 years of experience in banking technology, data analytics, and enterprise product businesses, with a background in engineering and executive management programs from IIM Calcutta and MIT Sloan. His previous leadership roles include his tenure as President & CEO of Fintellix India Private Limited.
