ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited has announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, January 13, 2026. The primary agenda for this meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial statements and financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. In compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will be closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. This closure will be effective from January 1, 2026, up to and including January 15, 2026.
