ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited has announced its financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company reported a Profit After Tax (PAT) of ₹9,170.9 million (₹917.1 crore) for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, marking a significant increase of 45.1% compared to ₹6,318.4 million (₹631.8 crore) in the same period last year. For the nine-month period ended December 31, 2025, the PAT stood at ₹25,348.4 million (₹2,534.8 crore), up by 29.4% from ₹19,589.5 million (₹1,959.0 crore) in the corresponding period of the previous year.

Operating Profit Before Tax (OPBT) for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, was ₹11,098.9 million (₹1,109.9 crore), a 30.0% increase year-on-year. The OPBT for the nine-month period rose by 28.4% to ₹30,427.0 million (₹3,042.7 crore). Revenue from operations for the quarter grew by 23.5% to ₹15,146.7 million (₹1,514.7 crore), and for the nine months, it increased by 24.4% to ₹42,476.2 million (₹4,247.6 crore).

The company's Quarterly Average Assets Under Management (QAAUM) for Mutual Funds reached ₹10,763.80 billion as of December 31, 2025, with a market share of 13.3%. Actively Managed QAAUM stood at ₹9,088.89 billion (13.5% market share), and Equity & Equity oriented schemes QAAUM was ₹6,081.44 billion (13.8% market share). Equity-Oriented Hybrid QAAUM was ₹2,084.11 billion (26.3% market share). Alternates QAAUM was ₹752.76 billion. Monthly systematic transactions in December 2025 increased to ₹50.37 billion from ₹42.47 billion in December 2024. The unique customer base grew to 16.17 million as of December 31, 2025, compared to 14.33 million in the previous year.
