ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on January 14, 2026. The Board approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ending December 31, 2025, which have undergone a limited review by Walker Chandiok & Co LLP.

The company declared an interim dividend of ₹14.85 per equity share, with January 21, 2026, set as the record date for payment. This dividend is in addition to interim dividends declared on April 12, 2025, July 12, 2025, and October 11, 2025.

Key personnel changes were also approved, subject to shareholder approval: Mr. Antony Jacob has been re-appointed as an Independent Director for a second term from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2031. Mr. Sankaran Naren has been re-appointed as Executive Director for a term of two years, from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2028. Mr. Ankur Kagrana has been appointed as Senior Management Personnel (SMP) and designated Chief Risk Officer, effective January 20, 2026. Consequently, Mr. Sumit Gupta will cease to be an SMP effective January 19, 2026, following his resignation.

The financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, show revenue from operations at ₹15,146.7 million and profit after tax at ₹9,170.9 million. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, revenue from operations was ₹42,476.2 million and profit after tax was ₹25,348.4 million. The company also noted that its equity shares were listed on NSE and BSE on December 19, 2025, following an IPO-Offer for Sale.
