ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Limited announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on January 14, 2026. The Board approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company declared an interim dividend of ₹14.85 per equity share, with a record date of January 21, 2026.

Key re-appointments were also approved, subject to shareholder approval: Mr. Antony Jacob will be re-appointed as an Independent Director for a second term from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2031. Mr. Sankaran Naren has been re-appointed as Executive Director for a term of two years, from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2028.

Furthermore, Mr. Ankur Kagrana has been appointed as Senior Management Personnel (SMP) and designated as the Chief Risk Officer, effective January 20, 2026. Consequently, Mr. Sumit Gupta will cease to be an SMP effective January 19, 2026, upon his resignation.
