On January 12, 2026, at approximately 11:30 a.m. and 11:31 a.m., the company was intimated by its tax advisors and received e-mail communications from CESTAT, Mumbai, confirming that the appeals filed by ICICI Lombard have been allowed. The official orders for these appeals are awaited. This development is a significant positive outcome for the company, resolving substantial tax-related disputes.
