ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited has announced its audited financial results for the quarter and nine-months ended December 31, 2025. The company reported a total income from operations of ₹7,43,298 lakh (₹7,432.98 crore) for the third quarter of FY26, an increase from ₹6,47,445 lakh (₹6,474.45 crore) in the same period last year.

The net profit after tax for the quarter stood at ₹65,876 lakh (₹658.76 crore), compared to ₹72,438 lakh (₹724.38 crore) in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year. For the nine-month period ended December 31, 2025, the total income from operations was ₹22,54,439 lakh (₹22,544.39 crore), and the net profit after tax was ₹2,22,538 lakh (₹2,225.38 crore).

Earnings per share (EPS) on a basic, non-annualized basis for the quarter was ₹13.25, down from ₹14.63 in the previous year's quarter. Diluted EPS was ₹13.14, compared to ₹14.48.

The company has published these results in accordance with Regulation 47 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, in the Financial Express (all editions) and Loksatta (Mumbai edition) newspapers on January 14, 2026.
