ICICI Bank Limited has announced the successful completion of its proposed acquisition of 100% shareholding in ICICI Prudential Pension Funds Management Company Limited (ICICI PFM) from ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited (ICICI Life). The bank executed the share purchase agreement (SPA) on January 12, 2026, at 11:49 a.m. Following the completion of all formalities, ICICI Bank now holds the entire shareholding in ICICI PFM, making it a wholly owned subsidiary.
