Hyundai Motor India Limited has announced significant changes in its senior management. Effective from the closure of business hours on December 31, 2025, Mr. Unsoo Kim will be resigning from his positions as Managing Director & Director of the company. Concurrently, Mr. Jeongick Lee, Function Head - Corporate Affairs, Mr. Hyoung Soon Yoon, Function Head – Product Strategy & Planning, and Mr. Jae Wan Ryu, Function Head - Corporate Planning, will also be resigning from their respective roles as Senior Management Personnel, effective from the close of business on December 31, 2025. In a related development, the company has received shareholder approval for the appointment of Mr. Tarun Garg as the new Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, effective January 01, 2026. The requisite details for the resignations, as per SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, have been provided, with exceptions for Mr. Unsoo Kim and Mr. Tarun Garg, whose details have already been submitted.
