Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL) has completed the sale of its entire 19.8% shareholding in Nutritionalab Private Limited. The divestment was executed as per the terms and conditions outlined in the transaction documents. The total consideration received for the sale of its stake in Nutritionalab amounts to approximately ₹307 crore. This announcement follows up on HUL's previous communication dated 12th February 2026, regarding the proposed sale of its shares in Nutritionalab.
