Huhtamaki India Limited has provided an update regarding the resignation of its Managing Director, Mr. Dhananjay Salunkhe (DIN – 09683886). His resignation is effective from January 15, 2026. This follows a previous intimation dated October 27, 2025, and the company has enclosed Mr. Salunkhe's resignation letter as Annexure A. Concurrently, Mr. Kamal Taneja (DIN – 08063619) is set to assume the role of Managing Director, effective January 16, 2026. The company had previously submitted all necessary information as per Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations in its letter dated September 9, 2025.
