Hubtown Limited has received a confirmation certificate from its Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA), MUFG Intime India Private Limited (formerly Link Intime India Private Limited), for the quarter ended December 31, 2025.

This certificate is issued pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018. MUFG Intime India Private Limited confirmed that securities received from depository participants for dematerialization during the quarter were processed and listed on the stock exchanges. They also confirmed that the security certificates received were verified, cancelled, and the depositories were substituted as registered owners within the prescribed timelines.

The RTA noted that there were no requests received from shareholders during the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The certificate is issued for compliance purposes.
