HPL Electric & Power Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure will be effective from January 01, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The trading window closure is in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct formulated under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
