HMA Agro Industries Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The trading window will be closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives starting from Thursday, January 1, 2026. It will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ending December 31, 2025. During this period, the PANs of all designated persons will be frozen by the Designated Depository (NSDL) for trading in the company's securities. The date for the Board of Directors' meeting to consider and approve these un-audited financial results for the quarter ending December 31, 2025, will be intimated in due course.
