HLV Limited has provided an update on a pending litigation filed by the Resources of Aviation Redressal Association (ROAR). ROAR had filed a Special Leave Petition before the Supreme Court of India against an order dated February 23, 2016, of the Bombay High Court. This petition concerned two lease deeds executed by HLVL with AAI on October 19, 1983, and November 22, 1983, for land parcels. ROAR, though not a party to the original transaction, had initiated a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) No. 83 of 2013, later impleading HLVL as Respondent No. 3. The grievance pertained to the allotment of 9,000 + 9,000 square meters of land. On December 18, 2025, the Supreme Court of India heard the parties involved and subsequently dismissed ROAR's Petition (Petition no: 12090/2016). No changes have been reported regarding the status of key management personnel, promoters, or ultimate controlling persons, nor have any settlements, compensation, or penalties been applied that would impact the company's financial position.
