Standalone revenue from operations for the same period was ₹16,423.71 lakhs (₹164.24 crore), with a profit for the period of ₹129.53 lakhs (₹1.30 crore). For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, consolidated revenue from operations reached ₹96,128.87 lakhs (₹961.29 crore), and the profit for the period was ₹3,642.18 lakhs (₹36.42 crore). On a standalone basis, revenue from operations for the nine-month period was ₹52,157.36 lakhs (₹521.57 crore), with a profit for the period of ₹2,475.00 lakhs (₹24.75 crore). The company also reported exceptional expenses amounting to ₹317.73 lakhs (consolidated) and ₹316.46 lakhs (standalone) for the quarter, primarily related to business acquisition transaction costs and incremental obligations under new labor codes. The independent auditors have issued an unmodified review report on these financial results.
