The Hi-Tech Gears Limited has provided an update regarding its Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP). The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), New Delhi, was scheduled to hear the matter on February 18, 2026. However, due to insufficient time, the hearing could not be completed and has been rescheduled to April 20, 2026. The NCLAT has also directed the continuation of the interim stay on the CIRP process, which was initially granted on September 03, 2024. The company has attached a copy of the NCLAT's order, which was uploaded to the NCLAT website on February 21, 2026, for the records of the stock exchanges.
