The meeting commenced at 11:30 a.m. and concluded at 12:50 p.m. The company also enclosed the Limited Review Report submitted by the Statutory Auditors on the said results. The unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, have been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors. A limited review has been carried out by the statutory auditors on these results, which are prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (IND-AS) as prescribed under Section 133 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with relevant rules. Provision for deferred tax will be made as and when required.
