Hindustan Zinc Limited announced its unaudited consolidated and standalone financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company's board of directors approved these results in a meeting held on January 19, 2026.

The consolidated revenue from operations for the quarter stood at ₹10,980 crore, a significant increase from ₹8,614 crore in the same quarter last year. Net profit for the quarter surged to ₹3,916 crore, compared to ₹2,678 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025, consolidated revenue was ₹27,300 crore, with a net profit of ₹8,799 crore.

The financial results were accompanied by a limited review report from the statutory auditors, S.R. Batliboi & Co. LLP, which expressed an unmodified opinion. The company also highlighted an investment of ₹49 crore in a Power Delivery Agreement (PDA 3) with Serentica Renewables India Private Limited, bringing the total investment in PDA 3 to ₹98 crore as of December 31, 2025. The company addressed allegations made by a short seller, stating they are baseless and that no adjustments are required to the financial results.

The standalone results also showed a robust performance, with net profit for the quarter at ₹3,879 crore and for the nine months at ₹8,715 crore. The company's registered office is located at Yashad Bhawan, Udaipur, Rajasthan.
