Himadri Speciality Chemical Limited (HSCL) has announced a further investment of AUD 37,03,000 in Sicona Battery Technologies Pty Ltd ("Sicona") through the subscription of Compulsorily Convertible Notes (CCNs).

This follows a previous investment of AUD 1,04,91,000 in CCNs. Consequently, HSCL now cumulatively holds 1,41,94,000 CCNs in Sicona. The company has stated that since the investment is in the form of CCNs, it has not acquired any additional voting rights or control in Sicona at present. The CCNs are convertible into shares of Sicona as per agreed terms.

The company also referenced its earlier announcement dated 13 May 2025, regarding the Board's approval for further investment in Sicona through CCNs in agreed tranches. The information required under Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations has been previously provided, with no changes except for this latest intimation.
