Highway Infrastructure Limited (HILINFRA) has announced the receipt of a significant Letter of Acceptance from the Indore Development Authority (IDA) for a crucial road development project. The contract, valued at ₹69,68,72,954.73 (Rupees Sixty Nine Crore Sixty Eight Lakh Seventy Two Thousand and Nine Hundred Fifty Four and Seven Three Paise only) plus applicable GST, pertains to the development under Town Planning Scheme-08, covering the stretch from Kumedi to Lasudiya Mori up to A.B. Road in Indore.

The project is to be executed within a period of 30 months. As part of the contract terms, the company will provide a 5% Performance Security amounting to ₹3,48,43,648/-, which will be valid for the contract period plus three months. Additionally, an 7.87% Additional Performance Security of ₹6,67,76,941/- will be furnished, valid until the stipulated time of completion plus three months.

This development marks a positive step for Highway Infrastructure Limited, reinforcing its order book and operational capacity. The contract was awarded by a domestic entity, and the company has confirmed that neither the promoter nor promoter group companies have any interest in IDA, and the contract does not fall under related party transactions.
