Highway Infrastructure Limited (HILINFRA) has entered into a Contract Agreement on January 15, 2026, for the operation of the Jawar Fee Plaza. This follows an earlier Letter of Acceptance (LOA) received on January 5, 2026.

The contract pertains to the operation and collection of user fees at the Jawar Fee Plaza, located at Km 37.100 of the Mathura to Devinagar Bypass, covering design kilometers from 0.000 to 66.000 on National Highway number 530B in Uttar Pradesh.

The company will also be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of adjacent toilet blocks. The contract is for a duration of one year, with an estimated value of ₹32,00,77,777 (Rupees Thirty Two Crore Seventy Seven Thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy Seven only).

HILINFRA is scheduled to take over the Fee Plaza on January 31, 2026. The entity awarding the contract is the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), a domestic entity, and there are no promoter interests or related party transactions involved.
