The decision to close the trading window is in connection with the upcoming board meeting to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the third quarter of the current fiscal year. During this period, all promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, designated employees, connected persons, and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in the company's shares.
